If you receive a damaged product on arrival, please get in touch with us within 30 days of receipt. You can report faulty items here.

Due to the nature of nappies though, for hygiene reasons we are unable to accept any used or washed items. However, we would like to highlight that if it is a clear manufacturing defect then we will try to assist as much as possible. Our 30 day return policy is enough time for you to touch and feel the product making sure that it’s up to the promise we have made. If you have any doubts or concerns please get in touch so we can assist.

Please note; faulty products are considered manufacturing faults, it does not cover overall wear and tear or incorrect usage & care.

We do accept returns for products purchased within 30 days of receipt.

Products must be unused and with their original packaging. For hygiene reasons we are unable to accept any items which have been used or washed.

To submit a returns request click here on this email link with a picture of the product and the issue you would like to raise.

Once the product has been returned you’ll be notified, and we will begin the refund process which takes 7-10 working days. Unfortunately we are unable to cover the cost of shipping or be responsible for items lost in the return shipping process.

We recommend you provide us with a proof of postage and a tracking number. This will greatly help both of us in the returns process.

For purchases within the UAE, if you do not receive your order within 1 week, we will refund your money or send a replacement within 24 hours.

For the rest of the world if you do not receive your order within 8 weeks, we will refund your order or send a replacement within 24 hours.

Once you send out any returned item please forward us all tracking information from your chosen handler. We do not accept any responsibility if the item becomes lost by your chosen courier.
