Our 1 Year Leak Proof Promise

Our reusable swim diaper is designed to provide a secure, leak-proof fit to contain solid waste only, helping keep swimming pools clean and hygienic. Please note that no swim diaper can prevent the passage of urine. This guarantee covers manufacturing faults or defects that affect the diaper’s ability to contain solids for 12 months from the date of purchase, when used and cared for according to our instructions.
In the unlikely event of a leak due to a defect, we will gladly replace your swim diaper free of charge.

Returns & Exchanges

Please note that all reusable swim diapers are designed to catch solids, not liquids ( i.e urine ). If the swim diaper causes a rash or apart from being leakproof, does not hold up to what it's designed to do within the first 30 days, then please get in touch with the subject "returns" to info@bambiandboo.com.

If you receive a damaged product on arrival, please get in touch with us within 30 days of receipt. 

Due to the nature of reusable diapers though, for hygiene reasons we are unable to accept any used or washed items for exchange. However, we would like to highlight that if it is a clear manufacturing defect then we will try to assist as much as possible.

Our 30 day return policy is enough time for you to touch and feel the product making sure that it’s up to the promise we have made. If you have any doubts or concerns please get in touch so we can assist.

Please note; faulty products are considered manufacturing faults, it does not cover overall wear and tear or incorrect usage & care.
