Our 1 Year Leak Proof Promise

We stand behind the quality and fit of our reusable swim diapers. If you experience leaky issues within 365 days of your purchase, we offer a one-time exchange for another Bambi & Boo reusable swim diaper. Please note that our swim diapers are designed to catch solids only. Reusable swim diapers are not designed to catch liquids (urine).

What this covers

  • Eligible products: Bambi & Boo reusable swim diapers purchased directly from bambiandboo.com only.

  • Eligible reasons: Persistent fit or performance issues (e.g., gapping, sagging, unexpected leakage) not caused by misuse or improper care.

What this does not cover

  • Normal wear and tear, fabric pilling, fading, or minor cosmetic changes.

  • Damage from incorrect care (e.g., fabric softeners, bleach, high-heat drying/ironing), 

  • Exclusions: Any product that is still soiled, or returned without all original packaging.

  • Lost or stolen items, or items purchased second-hand or from unauthorised sellers.

Conditions for exchange

To qualify for a one-time exchange under this Guarantee, all of the following must be true:

  1. Your request is made within 365 days of the original purchase date (proof of purchase required).

  2. The item is washed, clean, and returned with the original packaging

  3. The exchange is for another Bambi & Boo reusable swim diaper (like-for-like or closest available style/print/size).

  4. This Guarantee can be used only once per customer per item/order.

Note: If your item is faulty due to a clear manufacturing defect, please contact us within 30 days of receipt for assistance under our standard faulty-goods policy. Bambi & Boo

How to request an exchange

  1. Email us: info@bambiandboo.com
    Subject line: “1 Year Guarantee”
    Include: order number, purchase date, product details (size/print), and a short description of the fit/performance issue. Photos may help us resolve your request faster.

  2. Receive authorization: We’ll review and, if eligible, issue return instructions and a Return Authorization (RA).

  3. Return the item: Ship the product in its original packaging with RA details included inside the parcel.

Shipping & fees

  • Customer-initiated exchanges: You are responsible for return shipping to us. We cover shipping of the replacement back to you within the UAE. In doing so we will send you an exchange with free of charge shipping.

  • Manufacturing defects: If we confirm a manufacturing defect, we will cover reasonable return shipping costs or offer a prepaid label (where available).

If the requested replacement is unavailable

  • We will offer a comparable model/print, or—if none is available—issue a store credit equal to the item’s purchase price (excluding original shipping fees), redeemable on bambiandboo.com.

Rash Free Guarantee

Please note that all reusable swim diapers are designed to catch solids, not liquids ( i.e urine ). If the swim diaper causes a rash or apart from being leakproof, does not hold up to what it's designed to do within the first 30 days, then please get in touch with the subject "returns" to info@bambiandboo.com.

If you receive a damaged product on arrival, please get in touch with us within 30 days of receipt. 

Due to the nature of reusable diapers though, for hygiene reasons we are unable to accept any unwashed items for exchange.

Our 30 day return policy is enough time for you to touch and feel the product making sure that it’s up to the promise we have made. If you have any doubts or concerns please get in touch so we can assist.

Please note; faulty products are considered manufacturing faults, it does not cover overall wear and tear or incorrect usage & care.
