If you receive a damaged product on arrival, please get in touch with us within 30 days of receipt.
Due to the nature of nappies though, for hygiene reasons we are unable to accept any used or washed items. However, we would like to highlight that if it is a clear manufacturing defect then we will try to assist as much as possible.
Our 30 day return policy is enough time for you to touch and feel the product making sure that it’s up to the promise we have made. If you have any doubts or concerns please get in touch so we can assist.
Please note; faulty products are considered manufacturing faults, it does not cover overall wear and tear or incorrect usage & care.
